Your mystery plush will always meet or exceed the value you paid for! It can be either one plushie that meets the value or multiple plushies that add up to the value! If you have a preference on one or multiple feel free to leave it in the order notes. Mystery orders will never include adult themed plushies so they are kid friendly!

Mystery plushies can include both plushies that are available on my shop as well as exclusive mystery plushies! I do include a paper describing the plushies you received, ALONG WITH THEIR VALUE. This includes orders marked as gifts as well, if you'd like me to exclude the paper, please let me know in the order notes.

I do not recommend mystery plushies for those who are picky as you don't get to choose the item yourself! While I hope everyone loves the plushies I picked out for them, there are no returns.

- This item(s) is made with 100% polyester yarn and filled with hypoallergenic polyester fiber. (Made in a non-smoking home)

Shipping & Processing
- All packages are sent using USPS, shipping speed will depend on the class of mail purchased at checkout.
- Processing time is 1-5 days.
- Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that it is correct prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping and packaging costs). I am not responsible for the package after it is out of my hands, but I am happy to help should any issues arise.

Returns: NOT accepted.
Cancellations: Can be made if requested within 1 hour of purchase.

I am based in Pennsylvania, USA. All packages are sent via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any order over $200USD will be shipped insured.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to submitting an order! If an order has been shipped already and the address is incorrect, there's nothing I can do to resolve it at that point. If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE the item has shipped, please message me ASAP so I can correct it before shipment. Should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). I cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned to me. I am not responsible for the package after it is out of my hands, but I am happy to help should any issues arise.

Delarae's Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, I can assist in the claims process if needed. If you received your order damaged or your order is lost, please file a claim with USPS. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods if applicable before filing a claim.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email.

Care Instructions

Your new plushie may have gotten a bit squished on their journey to you, feel free to give it some squeezes to shape it. I recommend waiting to wash your plushie until necessary. If it does need cleaned, hand wash with warm water and allow it to air dry. Please keep in mind washing the plushie may result in some yarn shedding. If a yarn tail ever pokes through, don't panic! This will not cause the plushie to unravel as all yarn ends are fastened off. You can simply push this back through the stitches to hide it. Your new pal is well-made and durable, however it is not indestructible and not intended for rough play.
