Política de envío
- I am based in Pennsylvania, USA. All packages are sent via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any order over $200USD will be shipped insured.
- Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to submitting an order! If an order has been shipped already and the address is incorrect, there's nothing I can do to resolve it at that point. If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE the item has shipped, please message me ASAP so I can correct it before shipment. Should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). I cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned to me. I am not responsible for the package after it is out of my hands, but I am happy to help should any issues arise.
- Delarae's Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
- Delarae's Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, I can assist in the claims process if needed. If you received your order damaged or your order is lost, please file a claim with USPS. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods if applicable before filing a claim.
- If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email.
