Returns: NOT accepted.
Cancellations: Can be made if requested within 1 hour of purchase.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and help resolve the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital items such as patterns.
- Custom order deposits are non-refundable! The cost of the deposit will be subtracted from the cost of the finished plushie! It is not an extra fee, you're just paying a portion of the order total ahead of time. Deposits are non-refundable, whether you purchase the final plushie or not to cover material cost/time spent.
- Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to submitting an order! If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE the item has shipped, please message me ASAP so I can correct it before shipment. If an order has been shipped already and the address is incorrect, there's nothing I can do to resolve it at that point. Should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). I cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned to me. I am not responsible for the package after it is out of my hands, but I am happy to help should any issues arise.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, excluding custom orders. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
